Stir Takeover: Chef Sofia Deleon

Sofia Deleon, the visionary behind Philadelphia's El Merkury and the trailblazer of Tenango Rum, will be hosting a pop-up dinner at Stir Restaurant for one night only. She brings the vibrant flavors of Guatemala to her menu, with dishes such as Grilled Quesadilla Cornbread, Pachay Seabass and Blue Corn & Mango Mousse.

Additionally, she will be popping up at Friday Night Lounge, offering churros from her churro bike and Tenango Rum cocktails from behind the bar. Expect a unique dining experience that tells the story of Sofia's roots and her innovative approach to Central American cuisine.
